Book checking out form

The provisional rules for the book archive are:

• When checking out a book, submit it in the checking out form and then take the book out.
• When returning a book, submit it in the returning book form and then put the book back.
  • Since bookshelf space organization is still being worked on, which shelf and where you put the book back doesn’t matter for now, but try to put it roughly where it was before so that people who remember it was there have an easier time finding it.
• Don’t steal and/or destroy books!
